Celebrating Our Customer Service Stars: Customer Service Appreciation Week at Blind & Sons
At Blind & Sons, we believe that our team is the heart and soul of our success, and there’s no team more deserving of celebration than our Customer Service Representatives. These incredible individuals are the friendly voices on the other end of the line, helping our customers feel heard, cared for, and supported daily. That’s why, from October 7th to 11th, we were thrilled to honor them during Customer Service Appreciation Week.
Monday: “Get Weird Day”
We kicked off the week with some funky fun on Monday, otherwise known as “Get Weird Day”! Our office was alive with vibrant colors, zany outfits, and goofy accessories as everyone embraced their quirky side. Famous Supply generously provided some awesome gifts and treated us to Devitis for a delicious lunch. Between bites of Italian pasta and salad, our team enjoyed five rounds of “Spot the Difference,” testing their eagle-eyed skills while sharing plenty of laughs.
Tuesday: “Pink Day” for Breast Cancer Awareness
Tuesday took a more meaningful turn with “Pink Day” to honor and support breast cancer awareness. Decked out in pink from head to toe, our team came together for a cause that hits close to home for many. Lennox joined in the support by gifting Sony headphones to our hard-working CSRs and catering Chick-fil-A for a delicious lunch. The room filled with stories and laughter as we played “Never Have I Ever,” making new memories and getting to know one another while raising awareness for an important cause.
Wednesday: “Decades Day”
“Decades Day” brought us back through the ages on Wednesday! Our team channeled their inner ’80s, ’90s, and early 2000s with retro outfits that were nothing short of spectacular. April Aire ensured our CSRs were spoiled with gifts and a catered Chipotle lunch that was a hit. The real fun began when we launched into “Manager Madness: Clunk and Chuck,” where we printed out our managers’ faces, placed them at various distances, and flung rubber chickens at them for points. The laughter echoed through the office as we all tried our best to score!
Thursday: “Halloween Day”
By Thursday, the Halloween spirit had fully arrived. “Halloween Day” was full of spooky costumes, eerie decorations, and many treats. Service Finance added to the fun with some fantastic gifts for our team and a mouthwatering Old Carolina BBQ spread for lunch. After enjoying pulled pork and mac and cheese, we tested our detective skills with a game of “Two Truths and a Lie,” where everyone tried to guess the truth from the trick!
Friday: “Pajama Day”
The week ended on a cozy note with “Pajama Day” on Friday. Our team showed up in their comfiest PJs, ready to relax and celebrate the final day of this special week. Blue Corona gave us four gift cards to Anna Bean Coffee Shop, which we used as prizes for some friendly games. They also provided our team with some delicious Fat Boys Pizza, Jo-Jos, and salad as we wrapped up the festivities with a fun-filled bingo game.
Heartfelt Thanks to Our CSRs
Reflecting on this incredible week, we’re reminded of how fortunate we are to have such a talented and dedicated team of CSRs here at Blind & Sons. Their hard work, kindness, and unwavering commitment to our customers make our company truly special. Each day, they bring warmth, patience, and a sense of care to everyone they speak with, helping to make every customer’s experience smooth and positive.
To our incredible CSRs: Thank you for being the heartbeat of Blind & Sons. This week was just a small way of showing our deep appreciation for all that you do. We are so grateful for every one of you. Here’s to many more celebrations of your amazing work!
With gratitude,
The Blind & Sons Family
